This is an independent guide to the Wieliczka Salt Mine near Kraków. We built it to gather what you need in one place: prices, hours, how to get there and practical tips.

We are not the Wieliczka Salt Mine, which is run by Kopalnia Soli “Wieliczka” S.A., and this is not the mine’s official website. We do not run any tour and we do not sell the mine’s own tickets: those are sold only by the mine, at bilety.kopalnia.pl, at its ticket offices and at its vending machines. The guided tours shown on this site are sold by our partner Tiqets, an independent company. The name and logo of the mine belong to its operator, and we use the name only to say what we write about.

Prices, hours and rules come from the official website of the mine, and each page shows when we last checked. If you spot a mistake, write to us and we will fix it.
